Notice of Intent to Award Project-Based Voucher Program

On June 9, 2020, The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors, in their capacity as the Board of Commissioners for the Sonoma County Housing Authority (SCHA) will consider the award of Project Based Vouchers to the following projects: sixteen (16) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to MidPen Housing for the 414 Petaluma project, twenty-three (23) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to Cherry Creek Village, L.P. for the Cherry Creek Village project, eight (8) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to Bridge Housing Corporation for the Cotati Station project, eight (8) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers Development Corporation for the Piper Street Apartments and Monte Vina Apartments as part of the Healdsburg Scattered Site project, five (5) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to PEP Housing for the Lindberg Senior Apartments, eight (8) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to Eden Housing for the Mill District Lot 7 project, twelve (12) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to Burbank Housing Development Corporation for the North Quarry Apartments project, fifteen (15) to PEP Housing for the River City Senior Apartments project, and five (5) Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers to Burbank Housing Development Corporation for the Village Green II Senior Apartments.
