Program Description:

At The Lakes SUD Program, we are dedicated to helping people on their recovery journey with personalized care and strong support. Our mission is to create a caring environment where everyone feels valued and understood. We focus on overall wellness, taking care of mental, physical, and emotional health to ensure complete healing. Admission Criteria:

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Have a primary presenting problem of drug and/or alcohol use disorder.
  3. In need of an outpatient program.
  4. Must be willing to participate in the treatment process.
  5. Must not be intoxicated or in active withdrawal at time of intake.
  6. Must be willing to follow all policies and procedures of the facility.
  7. Does not require an immediate medical evaluation, medical or nursing care.
  • All County Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient Treatment Program (OTP) clients must meet the DSM-5-tr criteria for mild, moderate, or severe substance use disorder.
  • All individuals must be physically and mentally capable of assuming full responsibility for their own decisions and actions in relation to recovering from a SUD while in County SUD, OTP program. Clients determined to need withdrawal management (WM) services at any time during the screening and intake process will be given an appropriate referral and care coordination in accordance with their Withdrawal Management (WM) needs.

Services Provided:

  1. Personalized treatment plans: Special plans for each person to meet their unique needs.
  2. One-on-one counseling: Individual sessions to provide personal support.
  3. Group therapy: Sessions where people can share and learn from each other.
  4. Family support sessions: Helping families understand and support their loved ones.
  5. Educational workshops: Classes to learn about substance use and recovery.
  6. Life skills training: Teaching important skills for everyday life.
  7. Relapse prevention tips: Strategies to help stay sober long-term.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Current Group Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 3:00pm-4:30pm
