“Start Here!” Sonoma County career event September 13 

Are you looking for a new job? Thinking about career options for the future? Learn how you can take the next step in your professional life and join the County of Sonoma family.

Start Here! is a virtual class on Wednesday, September 13 from 10 a.m. to noon that provides an overview of the county’s job application, examination and selection processes. The two-hour session provides information on how to submit a thorough application, best practices for the interview and examination, and much more.

Fall Economic Perspective October 19

Tickets are now available for Economic Development Board’s Fall Economic Perspective on Thursday, October 19, 7:30- 9 a.m.

The keynote speaker is Dr. William Rodgers III, VP and Director of the Institute for Economic Equity at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Dr. Rodgers will explore the barriers and opportunities for economic equity in Sonoma County.

Learn how businesses benefit in an equitable economy and the importance of quality jobs in a thriving and resilient economy. Participants can also help celebrate this year's local Economic Prosperity Award recipients.
