Tree protection public survey seeks local input

The Sonoma County General Plan calls for the protection and enhancement of Sonoma County’s natural habitats and diverse plant and animal communities by establishing standards and programs to protect native trees, plant communities, riparian corridors, and timber resources.

Under the direction of the Board of Supervisors, Permit Sonoma is evaluating an update to tree protection regulations and seeks your feedback. How should Sonoma County protect trees?

State survey aims to understand barriers to internet access

The State of California is requesting participation in a ten-minute anonymous Digital Equity Survey that will gather information about current experiences using the internet. This feedback is vital to understanding barriers to internet access, affordability, and adoption.
