Help available for older adults, people with disabilities
Need help finding services that support older adults and people with disabilities? The Sonoma County Human Services Department and local nonprofits have teamed up to create an online hub that connects people with resources that help them live as independently as possible in their homes.
The Aging & Disability Online Resource Hub is a one-stop destination that streamlines access to critical services for older adults and individuals with disabilities. From health to transportation and nutrition services provided by federal, state and local government agencies and their nonprofit partners, this hub has you covered.
To access the hub, call (707) 565-INFO (4636) or visit https://www.socoadrh.org and click on the chat icon to start a conversation with a dedicated social worker. Assistance is available for older adults, people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, social workers and service providers.
Empower yourself with knowledge and connect with the support you need. Learn more today and share this essential resource with those who might benefit from it!
