The EFS Annual Catch-up Event (ACE) is Coming Soon

In case you missed the communication that previously went out, here are some important details about the planned downtime to PeopleSoft for the Annual Catch-up Event (ACE).
In four short weeks, we will begin the update to the production environment. To complete the update, PeopleSoft will need to be brought offline for a short period of time. It is anticipated that PeopleSoft will be offline from March 10, at 5:00 P.M., until March 14 at 8:00 a.m.
Please refer to the timeline below, and learn about key transaction cutoff dates and system downtime, which may impact you/your department.

March 10, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. | Checks, ACH and EFT payment requests to be submitted by 2:00 P.M. March 10, 2022 or after March 13, 2022. |
March 10, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. through March 13, 2022 | The Treasury department will not be accepting deposits during this time. Please prepare accordingly to have deposits in by March 10, 2022 by 3:00 P.M. or to be held until March 14, 2022.We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Treasury if you have any questions or concerns. |
March 10, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. | Solicitations posted on the Supplier Portal cannot be accessed by suppliers or Purchasing staff until go-live on March 14, 2022. |
March 10, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. | PeopleSoft 9.2.40 update will begin. PeopleSoft 9.2.36 will be brought offline at this time. |
March 10, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. through March 13, 2022 | EFS PeopleSoft will be unavailable. |
March 11, 2022 through March 13, 2022 | No wire requests will be processed on these days. Wire requests submitted to the Treasury and ACTTC-Claims should have wire release dates either before March 11, 2022 or after March 13, 2022. |
March 14, 2022 at 8:00 A.M. | EFS PeopleSoft 9.2.40 will be online and available for use. |
