Sonoma County’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Rohnert Park Community Center permanently closed on Thursday, April 28, and will be replaced by a mobile vaccine clinic that will begin serving residents from the Community Center parking lot starting on May 4.

The Rohnert Park clinic, operated by OptumServe, has administered roughly 20,000 total doses since it opened on January 27, 2021.

On May 4, 5 and 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., OptumServe will provide vaccinations from a mobile clinic to be stationed in the northwest parking lot at the Rohnert Park Community Center at 5401 Snyder Lane. Starting on May 10, the mobile clinic will operate Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The mobile clinic will accept walk-ins and appointments. Appointments can be made at myturn.ca.gov.

Eligible residents aged 5 and older who have not yet had a COVID-19 first, second or booster dose can obtain one for free from health care providers, pharmacies and health clinics. Sonoma County’s vaccine clinic at the Roseland Community Center will continue to operate through June.
