PeopleSoft and EFS Reporting Services are now available

The Enterprise Financial System Support Organization has successfully completed the Annual Catch-up Event ahead of schedule. We are happy to announce EFS PeopleSoft and EFS Reporting Services are now available for use. To access an overview of the changes and training materials for the EFS Support Organization's Annual Catch-up Event.
Please note: Links in approval emails from PeopleSoft received prior to Friday, March 8th, may no longer navigate to pending approval pages as expected. Pending approvals will be available from the "Approvals" tile on the PeopleSoft homepage or the Worklist.
Recommendations before accessing EFS PeopleSoft or EFS Reporting Services
To ensure the best experience using EFS PeopleSoft and EFS Reporting Services after the Annual Catch-up Event, we recommend the following steps:
- All computer EFS shortcuts have been updated. Please restart your computer on Monday, March 11th, to apply the changes.
- Clear your Internet Explorer browser cache before accessing EFS PeopleSoft for the first time. The procedure to clear your browser cache can be found on SharePoint (Intranet Access required)
- Please update all existing EFS bookmarks or favorites if saved in your web browser.

Journal Upload spreadsheet updated
As part of updating PeopleSoft, the Annual Catch-up Event also includes a new version of the Journal Upload spreadsheet. There is no change in functionality with the latest version. The zipped installer "Journal Upload installer" and installation procedure "Installing Journal Upload" may be accessed from ACTTC on SharePoint (Intranet Access required).
