Notice of Funding Availability for FY2024-2025 has been released!

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) will be accepting funding applications from eligible applicants for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) and Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF). CDBG funds may be used for eligible capital projects, affordable housing, fair housing, and economic development activities. HOME funds may be used for affordable housing projects and tenant based rental assistance. ESG and LMIHAF funds may be used for rapid rehousing and homelessness related supportive services. HOME-ARP funds are available for development of affordable housing and non-congregate shelters as well as the provision of supportive services. This funding will be available countywide except for projects located within or primarily benefiting the cities of Santa Rosa and Petaluma.
These funds are available to eligible nonprofit organizations and governmental jurisdictions to support programs and activities that benefit lower-income households. All prospective applicants are required to attend a mandatory technical assistance workshop or meet with Commission staff in order to apply.
