PLEASE NOTE: This Notice of Funding Availability was previously posted, but it has now been amended. The previous NOFA contained some unnecessary language regarding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and that language has been removed from the amended notice. Additionally, this funding is not available for individual rental assistance, and this notice is not related to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. Sonoma County Housing Authority to accept applications for Project-Based Voucher lotteries
The Sonoma County Housing Authority will accept applications for one- and two-bedroom Project-Based Vouchers waitlist lotteries from November 1 through November 30. The waitlists will be for applicants who meet the qualifications for “extremely low income,” which is at or below 30 percent of area median income.
Sonoma County Housing Authority opens three-bedroom Project-Based Voucher waitlist lotteries
The Sonoma County Housing Authority will accept applications for three-bedroom Project-Based Voucher waitlists from July 1 through July 31. The waitlists will be for Extremely Low Income, at or below 30 percent area median income, three-bedroom Project-Based Voucher units only.
Sonoma County awards $14.8 million contract to build infrastructure for mixed-use development in Roseland
The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors today approved a $14.8 million contract with Ghilotti Construction Co. to build sewer lines, utilities, streets and other infrastructure to support the Tierra de Rosas mixed-use development in Roseland.
