EFS OnBase version upgrade

The Enterprise Financial System (EFS) Support Organization will be upgrading the document retention system, OnBase, from version 14 to version 16. The upgrade is scheduled for Thursday September 28, 2017, during our normal 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM maintenance window. Access to OnBase during the maintenance window will be restricted. Your computer must receive a file Thursday night to ensure you can use your scanner with OnBase. To assist with the required file installation for scanning, please leave your computer turned on Thursday evening to receive the updated software, and we highly recommend a restart of your computer when you arrive to work on Friday morning or next business day.
