EFS ACE40 - Completed, and Post Go-Live Support Sessions

The Enterprise Financial System Support Organization has successfully completed the Annual Catch-up Event. We are happy to announce EFS PeopleSoft is now available for use.
Please note: Links in approval emails from PeopleSoft received prior to Thursday, March 10th, may no longer navigate to pending approval pages as expected. Pending approvals will be available from the "Approvals" tile on the PeopleSoft homepage or the Worklist.
Recommendation before accessing EFS PeopleSoft
To ensure the best experience using EFS PeopleSoft after the Annual Catch-up Event, we recommend the following steps:
- Clear your Chrome browser cache before accessing EFS PeopleSoft for the first time. The procedure to clear your browser cache can be found by clicking here.
Journal Upload spreadsheet updated
As part of updating PeopleSoft, the Annual Catch-up Event also includes a new version of the Journal Upload spreadsheet. New functionality includes the receipt of an error if the upload has a bad line description, and user credentials being retained for an hour. The zipped installer "Journal Upload installer" and installation procedure "Installing Journal Upload" may be accessed from ACTTC SharePoint location by clicking here.
Support Sessions
Please note that we are offering daily drop in sessions for post go-live support. Staff from the EFS Support Organization will be online and available to answer questions, offer technical/troubleshooting assistance, and general guidance. Join at any point during the session for assistance.

Monday 3/14 9:00 a.m.- Noon
Session 2:
Tuesday 3/15 1:00-3:00 p. m.
Session 3:
Wednesday 3/16 9:00-11:00 a.m.
