Join the Nourish challenge!

Greetings County Employees! 

The County of Sonoma is excited to announce Nourish, a six-week well-being challenge that helps turn healthy eating intentions into lifelong habits.

Create of join a team of 4-5 members to compete both within and across departments. The County will hold random drawings for gift cards and goodies for participants who create a team by May 30th, participants who reach the program midpoint goal, and participants who meet the final end of program goal!

The challenge itself starts May 20th, with late registration allowed until May 24th. For a nice overview of the program, please watch this short (1:30 minutes) video
