Santa Rosa Man Sentenced to Prison for AttemptedMurder

Defendant Quentin Bernard Bowen,28 years old of Santa Rosa, was sentenced today by the Honorable PeterOttenweller to a term of life in prison with the possibility of parole aftereleven years following his conviction by a jury for the charge of attemptedmurder including great bodily injury and weapon enhancements. CaliforniaDepartment of Corrections Inmate Luis Alberto Santana was denied parole afterthe conclusion of a parole suitability hearing at California Health CareFacility, Stockton on August 28, 2018.
