Defendant Sean Seeman, 27 years old of New York and Alabama, and recently transient in Santa Rosa, was sentenced Tuesday morning by the Honorable Dana Simonds to serve 29 years and 6 months-to-life in state prison after having been convicted of multiple felonies in two separate jury trials earlier this year. Martin Fonseca, 55 years old of Santa Rosa, was sentenced yesterday by the Honorable Bradford DeMeo to serve 24 years in state prison after having been convicted by a jury in June of this year of eight counts of Lewd Acts Upon a Child, against three different children, all under the age of 14.
