Description:

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Local Emergency Medical Services Agency (LEMSA) Medical Director for the Coastal Valleys EMS Agency. This EMS Medical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and direction for the Coastal Valleys Emergency Medical Services Agency (CVEMSA), ensuring high-quality pre-hospital medical care throughout the EMS system in Sonoma and Mendocino Counties.

The RFQ outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. All interested proposers must meet the requirements specified in the RFQ.

Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional virtual pre-bid conference webinar will be held online via Zoom on Tuesday, September 23 at 10:00 AM to answer questions regarding the RFQ specifications and process.

Pre-registration is required.

Proposers are required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses. Written responses will be shared with all potential proposers through an addendum on the County’s Supplier Portal. Questions should be sent via e-mail directly to:

Login to the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal to view the RFP and all supplemental documents.
