Request for Proposals (RFP) for Substance Use Disorder Services

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for substance use disorder (SUD) services.
The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services. The Department is seeking Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to provide a wide variety of SUD treatment services including:
- Outpatient Drug-Free (ODF) Treatment
- Narcotic Treatment Program (NTP) – Methadone
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT), including General and Perinatal
- Adolescent Treatment Program (ATP)
- Residential Therapeutic Treatment
- Perinatal Residential Substance Use Treatment Services
- Short-Term Recuperative Care
- Case Coordination for SUD Court Programs
Please note that proposers may submit proposals for one or more Service Types. Proposals should clearly indicate which Service Types are being bid on and the percentage of each Service Type’s expected service level/need that you are proposing to meet.
