Description:
The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Temporary Clinical Staffing Agency Services.
The Department of Health Services is seeking competitive proposals from temporary staffing firms to provide staffing services for immediate and short-term temporary staffing needs. Contracts established through this request for proposal shall start no sooner January 1, 2023 and are anticipated to continue through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew the contract upon the mutual consent of both parties for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The Department reserves the right and anticipates issuing multiple awards as a result of this solicitation.

The living wage rate required under the County’s Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2022, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $16.75 per hour, an increase over the previous $15.00 per hour. The adjustment was adopted by the County’s Board of Supervisors on December 14, 2021, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate.
