The evaluation panel carefully reviewed and analyzed the proposals received in response to the above referenced solicitation. Based upon that review and analysis, we are recommending to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors that contracts be awarded to:

• Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa
• California Parenting Institute dba Child Parent Institute
• Petaluma Health Care District
• Hanna Boys Center
• Coppertower Family Medical Center dba Alexander Valley Healthcare
