Jeff Mitchell

Chief Deputy

Jeff Mitchell has been an attorney with the Sonoma County Public Defender’s Office since 1995.  He is currently the Chief Deputy Public Defender supervising the felony trial team.  He was admitted to practice law in California by the California State Bar in December 1992, and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in November 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law at University of Pacific.
