Data Management & Evaluation Subcommittee
The Data Management and Evaluation Subcommittee includes representatives from the Superior Court, the following Sonoma County departments: Sheriff, Public Defender, District Attorney, Probation, Information Systems, Health Services, Human Services, and the County Administrator’s Office, and local law enforcement agencies.
The subcommittee advises the Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) on program effectiveness by developing outcome measures and providing guidance for data collection, management, and reporting. For example, the CCP typically allocates a portion of each year’s budget to program evaluation. This subcommittee, in turn, recommends which programs to evaluate, how to evaluate them, and by whom they should be evaluated. Once evaluations are underway, the subcommittee oversees them and updates the CCP on progress and findings.
