The Sonoma County Perinatal Mental Health Toolkit begins with preventive interventions and ends with educational resources to underscore the importance and effectiveness of education and prevention to reduce the risk of perinatal anxiety and depression on mothers, fathers or other caregivers, and their infants. Find links to evidence based perinatal screening tools for depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The toolkit also includes maternal screening and care pathways for providers and for community-based organizations.

Opioid Use Disorder Toolkit: Supporting the Public Health Response in Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health
ASTHO, with support from the CDC National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, created this
toolkit to train public health and maternal, child, and adolescent health partners on prevention
strategies and community resources regarding the effects of substance use disorder on reproductive-aged women, pregnant women, and their infants.

The Continuity of Care in Breastfeeding Support Blueprint
The Blueprint, developed with a public health lens, aims to increase local capacity to implement community-driven approaches to support chest/breastfeeding, centered on the needs of populations disproportionately impacted by structural barriers that lead to low rates of breastfeeding. The goal of this resource is to ensure that chest/breastfeeding support services are continuous, accessible, and coordinated, and that community spaces are consistently supportive of chest/breastfeeding families. This resource is intended for any local-level organization and individual that interacts with pregnant and postpartum families.
