COAD Food Access – The Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) Food Access workgroup’s mission is to foster more effective service delivery to those affected by disasters in Sonoma County through the collaboration of community agencies throughout the disaster cycle – mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
Farm to Families - The HEAL Team (funded by CalFresh Healthy Living) is coordinating this project to increase access to healthy food for clients in public health home visiting programs.
