Pay Fees Online
If you have recently received an invoice for Return to Owner fees or Quarantine fees, you can pay online using the links below-
- CLICK the button below for either Return to Owner OR Quarantine Fees
- ENTER the amount you would like to pay, either the full invoice amount or make a payment (For Quarantine Fees, please refer to the Bite Report from the Animal Control Officer for payment amount)
- COMPLETE all required fields (In the Notes section, please enter the Owner's name as it appears on the invoice to ensure the payment is credited to the correct account)
- Other ways to pay your fees: By phone 707-545-7100, in-person or by mail to 1247 Century Court in Santa Rosa
- Please note: If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, your name and address will not be provided through the payment system. Without this information, we cannot record your payment and credit your account. Please include the name and address on the account in the Notes section if you are using one of these payment methods.
