Sebastopol Mobilehome Space Rent Stabilization Ordinance

The Sonoma County Community Development Commission administers the Rent Control Ordinance for the unincorporated areas of Sonoma County, and is under contract with the City of Sebastopol to provide arbitration services for space rent disputes.
