HOME ARP Notice of Availability for Public Comment and Notice of Public Hearing
The Sonoma County Community Development Committee and the Cities and Towns Advisory Committee will hold concurrent public hearings to review and recommend approval of the draft HOME ARP Allocation Plan to the Board of Supervisors, who will consider the plan at a future meeting in March of 2023. The Sonoma County Community Development Commission will be accepting applications for fiscal year 2023 funds that total over $4 million dollars including Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Emergency Solutions Grant, CDBG Cares Act, and the Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund. Eligible projects include affordable housing activities, capital projects, tenant based rental assistance, homelessness supportive services, rapid rehousing, fair housing services, non-congregate shelter, and economic development activities.
