Charles M. Schulz — Sonoma County Airport releases seven parcels for aeronautical/non-aeronautical development and seeks requests for interest
SANTA ROSA, CA | November 12, 2024
Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport today announced the release of seven parcels for development to entities interested in developing hangars for aircraft storage, operating an aeronautical business, and one parcel for non-aeronautical use.
“The Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport is pleased to offer multiple parcels at our airport for new aeronautical businesses and for existing tenants to expand,” said Airport Manager Jon Stout. “The variety of the sizes and locations will appeal to all types of aeronautical users looking for a single hangar development to a multi-user group accommodating large aircraft.”
The Request For Interest is located on theSonoma County Purchasing Portal and the airport welcomes interest from any party capable of designing, financing, developing, managing and operating the parcel(s). Responses should provide complete information to allow proper evaluation of the developmental concept and merits of each response.
The details of the parcels and how to respond can be found in the Sonoma County Purchasing Portal. All interested parties must submit a response by Dec. 16, 2024, 3 p.m. PST.
