Caminos – The pathway of the Latinx employee.

County Latinx employees will share their experience at different stages in their careers at the County of Sonoma, sharing their struggles, obstacles, and successes. Bilingual and bicultural employees will share the ways in which they have brought those cultural assets to benefit their work at the County. This forum will also serve as one of various entry points to the County’s conversation on equity, inclusion, and belonging.
