ESC Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and ESC initiated successor contract negotiations with a productive opening session on January 10, 2023.  The bargaining teams worked through ground rules for the bargaining process, which included a timeline to submit all initial proposals on the table and details around employee release time. The current Memorandum of Understanding expires on March 25, 2023.

The parties’ next bargaining session is scheduled January 24, 2023.
