Recurring Payroll Deduction Online - Fast and Easy

2024 Campaign Pledge- Payroll deduction begins May 2024

  • Look for a message from the Campaign Chair emailed as "Announcements@sonoma-county.org” on March 4 with a link to the Combined Fund Drive Pledge Portal. Login information is provided in the email. Follow the instructions when you are ready to pledge.
  • You can pledge for the first time, or you can elect to renew, increase, or modify your previous year’s pledge.
    • For a payroll deduction pledge, choose "per pay period" for 26 automatic deductions. 
      • You can mark your payroll deduction for annual renewal. Each year you’ll receive an email to confirm your renewal for the following year.
      • You can modify or cancel your pledge through the portal during the course of the campaign and after by contacting United Way at uwwc.customerservice@unitedwaywinecountry.org.
    • You can contribute a one-time gift by payroll deduction. 

One-Time Donation

  • A one-time donation can be made by cash, check, credit card, or as a one-time payroll deduction. Submit the completed pledge form (PDF: 702 kB) to your Employee Campaign Leader or to Auditor Payroll. If by check, make the check payable to “County of Sonoma Employees’ Combined Fund Drive”.
  • In support of our environment, paper forms are only available upon request.
