Cannabis Product Recalls

There are two types of cannabis product recalls: mandatory recalls, ordered by the Department of Cannabis Control; and voluntary recalls, conducted by the cannabis business. The recall process is key in ensuring potentially unsafe or defective products are removed from the commercial market.
