Terri serves the Climate Action and Resiliency Division as a Department Analyst. With a finance and entrepreneurial background, a BS degree in Business Administration, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, in 2021 Terri was promoted to manage the Sonoma County Energy Independence Program, known as SCEIP. Terri is also taking the Lead on the CAR 2.2 Strategic Pilar which focuses on providing $20million of financing through SCEIP to multi-family property owners in our County. Terri has a strong commitment to increase the number of Commercial/Multi-Family and Residential property owners who participate in SCEIP financing and collectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase the number of resilient properties, and make Sonoma County more sustainable and a healthier community for all.
