Summary of Proposals Now Available
Members of the Lower Russian River Homeless Task Force have selected six organizations to receive funding to house 50 individuals experiencing homelessness and mitigate the effects of homelessness in the Lower Russian River. The document below outlines summaries of the proposals and the rationale of the review panel for the funding amounts determined. Cannabis Tax Deadline Extension
The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved the waiving of delinquency penalties for all commercial cannabis cultivation until November 17, 2017, or November 30, 2017 for commercial cannabis cultivation located within a mandatory evacuation zone. Read full story
Fire Damage Property Tax Relief for 2017-18
The County of Sonoma announced today that they are working to identify and adjust property values and tax bills on properties damaged by the recent fires in Sonoma County. Read full story

The Board of Supervisors approved funding and a plan for resurfacing 82 miles of roads in 2018 and 2019 at its September 26, 2017 meeting.
