La vacunación para los niños de entre 5 y 11 años empezará en el Condado de Sonoma durante la semana del 8 de noviembre

Ahora que los reguladores federales y estatales han aprobado el uso de la vacuna de Pfizer contra la COVID-19, para los niños con edades de entre 5 y 11 años, se espera que el Condado de Sonoma empiece a vacunar a los casi 37,000 niños en este rango de edad a través de sus médicos principales, farmacias locales o las clínicas ubicadas en las escuelas, que están patrocinadas por el Condado, a partir de la semana del 8 de noviembre. Vaccinations of 5- to11-year-olds to begin in Sonoma County during week of Nov. 8

With federal and state regulators having now approved the use of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11, Sonoma County is expected to begin vaccinating the roughly 37,000 children in this age range through primary care physicians, local pharmacies or county-sponsored school-based clinics beginning the week of Nov. 8.
